There are natural selection reasons for this, but it is a clearly demonstrable fact.
Race is not a factor, the bigger issue is training. Kenyans are better distance runners, due to their training. When non Kenyans train equally hard, they win.
Genetics play a dominant role. Good training, proper nutrition, possessing a mastery of the sport are also major factors. However genetics has the big vote. Same thing when it comes to intelligence.

A number of athletes of all races have been caught doing performance enhancing drugs. That's a factor as well.
Aside from banned performance enhancing drugs, there are other things athletes take to boost performance.
Come to think of it, Barack Obama is the President. He certainly doesn't seem like a physically powerful man to me . Ditto Eric Holder, the attorney general. Put it like this, neither man is making the NFL.

The wealthiest Black woman in the country, Oprah, is FAT. FAT. No athleticism.

I gave you my physical attributes, I'm Black and no way am I winning the marathon. So it clearly has nothing to do with race when not all Blacks are the same. Nor are all whites or all members of other races.

They want to assign the "sports role to blacks," to make the case that athleticism and intelligence are purely genetic. Blacks in America have been brainwashed for centuries to believe that they are somehow inferior to whites. The laughable part is, Africans right off the boat routinely out perform white Americans in math and science.
It really IS a matter of natural selection.
If only a few generations back one's ancestors were chasing antelope or even being bred by slave owners for strength and endurance those are the traits that will tend to dominate that population.
Those with speed, strength, height, and endurance were those who would most likely breed.
It is always a matter survival of the fittest and we have seen in every species that desirable characteristics can be achieved by need and breeding. Man is no different.

Other, ahem, racial characteristics can be explained the same way, although I am trying to figure out why Japanese men tend to have such terrific bowling pin calves. I cannot pin that one down although I have a weak theory that probably won't pass muster.

Not sure why any of this matters when it comes to playing Knockout. The victims wouldn't be the average or above-average physical builds of any race. The weak is weak, the old is old, the young is young, etc..., no matter what race.

"Off the boat" they bring with them the focus on mathematics and science that is lacking here. In no way is "African man" necessarily any better in either, racially speaking. This is preposterous in the same way that to propose that people of African descent are better athletically is preposterous. People pursue whatever opportunities are given, and historically, this has been entertainment and sports. Period.
