Last night a big surprise. I walked to the LR window and, lo and behold, the convector was hot. I quickly turned it off because I didn't want heat all night.

But this morning I turned it back on to take the chill off. The heat was welcome.

But really, heat in JUNE??? Unheard of.

Anyone else getting it?

No heat in my building although it did get kind of cold last night. Maybe something is not right with the control settings in the system where you live or the temperature sensor

Depends what the thermostat was set to at your building and that the boiler wasn't shut off. It could technically get to 20 degrees, but since it's June there is no obligation on the landlord's part to turn on the heat.

Summer didn't start yet really, and you know some people are so sensitive
that they can't take a little chill in the air or too much heat when it is hot.

Its been in the 90's where I am.. and humid. Feels like you're drinking the air instead of breathing it.

It was on full blast this morning at our apartment. Me and my wife were both surprised. Last nights walk home from work was chilly to also. Crazy weather the last several years. I forget what year it was I think 2011 it was mostly 70's for the Summer. The weather is like a roulette game now.

Your landlord is literally burning his money.

I think it could be. That whole winter was mild 50's or so during that Christmas day where it felt like Southern California.
