Even with all the "urban pioneer" gentrifiers moving into Bushwick (and the rest of ghetto Brooklyn), the large majority of the crime continues to be hoodlum on hoodlum.

They will last as long or longer than the urban poor who have had decades with limited to no police protection, just subjugation. And the poor are still here...so expect the gentrifiers to keep on marching through NYC...it's a free country and everyone has a right to live anywhere they choose to and can afford to..gentrifiers, blacks, jews, homosexuals, the disabled, and even republicans included!
But if they're "pioneers," doesn't that mean they moved to the neighborhood when it was still unsafe? Doesn't that mean they must have been pretty tough?

So what? None of us would last without trash collection, either.
What a strange attitude you have, apparently thinking that it's a good trait to be threatening and violent.
What kind of wack-ass name is Fashion Killa anyway? It doesn't even make sense!
Oh wait, are you the gay guy that killed Versace, OP?
