I am having a party soon at my home. Alcohol will be served, however some of the guests will be under 21. If law enforcement were to be brought to my property, would they require a search warrant to enter, or could they just enter on probable cause?

Why would the police come in the first place ? They have more pressing issues than your party unless you get so rowdy that neighbors complain. Once inside to investigate all bets are off.

There is no problem as long as you don't serve them booze, and take reasonable steps to make sure they don't hook some on the sly.

I would worry more about a civil law suit should one of your underage guests get jammed up.

Ohh, this is an easy one.

Either don't serve any alcohol or don't have any under age kids in it.

I am underage however.

I don't plan on restricting. My friends who run a commercial venue are able to serve alcoholic beer without checking IDs.

Ability is different than legality and the potential of getting caught.

You can have a party with alcohol in your house with underage people present, they obviously just can't drink. what we used to do is when we threw parties at 21, if you were of age to drink, you got a red cup and if you were underage, you got a blue cup. Mind you these were just neighborhood parties so we knew everybody and how old they were, we didn't allow outsiders for this purpose.
