Yeah! They are the Black Israelites. Search for them on You Tube or Google and you will likely even see photos and videos of the same few guys you see on Manhattan's streets.

If I have time when walking past them and feel like being entertained I stop and watch myself. Usually I get a good kick when I see naive white tourists or out-of-towners behave reasonable with them or spew liberal lines in an effort to quell the strong feelings of the Black Israelites. I've even seen some people extremely insulted and even CRY from the BI's.

I read somewhere that a bunch made their way to Israel. Now apparently over there, you have to be verified jewish or whatever in order to become a citizen. But they wouldn't leave regardless. Eventually the government got annoyed with them and just said F em, and let em stay LOL.
