My mother is confined to a wheelchair, but her dentist's office is not handicapped accessible. The dentist told us that if we qualify for Access-a-Ride, they will provide someone who will assist her in walking from her wheelchair to the dentist's chair. Is this true?

I use access a ride. this might be true. best thing would be to call them at 877-337-2017 and inquire

Not true. An Access A Ride driver will not enter any buildings.
She can bring an aide or a guest to help her.
