Gertz? Sounds like some former lawyer for the crack gangs that use to own that neighborhood back in the 80s. Some ex dealers are cashing in for sure.

I've always thought northern Jamaica (north of Archer Ave), the busier and denser area of the neighborhood would be gentrified or become more developed in the future. Here we have it, it always made sense to me. That part is also close to Kew Gardens, Brairwood, Jamaica Hills, ect.
