Hope the new buyers aren't prone to seasickness. At that height and even with sophisticated sway dampers, their condo will oscillate in high winds.

Taxes, condo fees, house staff payroll, and whatever else: it won't be cheap to live there.

You can buy actual castles in europe, with acres of land, for a fraction of that cost.
