i have a question, and i hope you can answer.
i have a problem. I'm living a room of apartment,
always i paid to him, every month my rent to the owner room,
i follow the rules of the apartment tenant, but i want to know if the owner can change every month the price of the rent, when we already have a verbal contract where the settling the original price of the room.
also he doesn't let me have any benefit in the apartment "room", i mean he say if he want to treat me bad, may complain to me without good reason, he doesn't respect my space, and, he consume marihuana in the apartment without care that I'm paying for a clean environment.
he can do all of this thing, even if I'm paying by the room?

anyway sounds like you have an oral lease. i think you should get a free consultation with a real estate attorney(and get someone who speaks clear english on your behalf) and explain the above

Oral agreements are basically worth nothing.
Your landlord is taking advantage of you and your situation. Without a written lease that details what should and should not happen in your room there is nothing you can do about the conditions, except move.
Your landlord can smoke, drink, do drugs... anything he wishes because it is his house.
