So you guys know ive been trying to move to NYC for awhile now and i finally made it. I got a job ( transferred from my hotel). I have a temporary place but looking for a more permanent place right now. I Know now i gotta work my way up and im willing to WORK and do what i came here to do ( go to school) my job is kinda ****ty but i got a job that pays and thats all that matters. Coming here i can finally start a new chapter in my life be a man and take risks because theres no other way to succeed!!

It's 'good' you made it.
Housing is the biggest issue in NYC. Hopefully you'll secure a place to live.
Unfortunately willingness to work isn't everything. You could work 80 hours a week and still barely afford it here. The majority of younger people in New York are from families with money.
The disparities in income and housing costs are what make New York City such a difficult place to navigate.
Take those risks. Good luck to you in it.
The system is stacked against you. Best wishes.

So what is the question you're asking in this thread? Or is this just to let us know that after two years of other questions, you finally made it here? In any case, good luck to you and congrats on taking the leap.

My plan to move all of suburban white Americans into inner city neighborhoods of NYC is almost complete my master. My quest for lebensraum living space is almost in sight!
