Lots of this in big cites, from pills to meth to bath salts and everything else. Its true many users are not in alleyways but leading what appears to be a normal life. People know its bad and illegal and do it anyway and have been for a long time. Usually avoiding that crowd and lifestyle is enough to avoid problems.

Ya, drugs are in Everywhere, USA. Though I get that witnessing the open use of illegal drugs freaked you out. Needles make many people anxious.

This thread reminds me of that time someone came on here admitting they used opiates and was looking for where to live to easily score them in NYC.

And people forget that tea, coffee, prescriptions, among other things are DRUGS as WELL.
