I have a feeling it depends on how many adults are on your application. The more adults= the more space you need. That's just a theory though because I surely wanted an apt on a higher floor. Lol

I called today and I was told that I need to send the appeal, I might take 2 week and then if everything is fine they send my file to HDC..

By the time they sent my file to HDC all the apartments are going to be full.... I don't know what to think at this point.

I don't think so in this case because I'm paying the highest bracket and still have a smaller layout

It sucks. But I've already put in a request to be placed on the waiting list for an apt on a higher floor. She said it may take a few years... Fine by me as long as I can eventually get it. Lol

Developers may not reject applicants based solely
on credit score. Credit score may be used only as
an indicator of financial stability.
Developers may choose to accept applicants with a
credit score of 580 on a FICO scoring system
without further review of their financial stability.
If applicant’s credit score is below 580, applicant
must also fail to meet one of the other criteria
detailed in these guidelines in order to be rejected.
• Developers must explicitly state in the Marketing
Plan how credit score will be used in evaluating
applicants and must consistently apply the policy
throughout the lottery.
• If the developer is using a credit scoring system
other than FICO as an indicator of applicants'
financial stability, s/he is required to provide the
monitoring agency with an explanation of the scale
and scoring criteria for that model.

Hello good afternoon! I just received a rejection letter today , they say income over limit. That's not my income. I have no idea how they calculated it. Can anyone give me an idea how to do a good appeal letter? My interview was March 28, missed some documents and submitted them on April 1. And today I just received the rejection letter for Yuco brook apartments. Thanks
