For 400 square feet of space, how much will electricity/gas/internet cost, on average? Anyone have an idea?

Obviously Internet is a set cost but what is the going rate these days for a decent deal on decent speed?

Cable or FIos will run you $50-80 for decently fast speeds (no TV or Phone).

Gas should be under $20, granted that you're only paying for cooking gas.

Electricity depends on your habits. I pay $70-80 October-June when no AC is necessary. It could go as high as $200+ during a very hot, humid month when the AC is on all day and night.

400 sq feet is actually considered a larger studio not small. I rented a 250 sq ft studio, that was considered small.

This is assuming you don't pay for heat. Do you know if its provided and paid for by the Landlord? Gas and electric should be about $60 a month in winter and budget about $100+ in summer when you use the AC.
Internet will be about $35 for the first year and go up after that.

Electric $60-80, add $100 in the summer for AC.
Gas - $15, if you pay heat add $20 for water if you have washer and drier (maybe minus $10 if you don't take long hot showers or cook), add another $20 for Winter months for heat.
Internet like Optimum by itself is around $65

For my current 250 sq ft studio~

Roughly $60-65/mo for utilities (cooking gas and electricity) though it edges higher to $75-85 in the summer because I run my AC all the time, in my defense, because I can afford to and I desire the luxury. If I break down my bill, I believe the cooking gas is around $20-22 of that $60.

Internet for me is $39.99/mo through what used to be Time Warner and is now Spectrum, though I think it's because they put me at 100 mb down for some reason. I might reduce it, but my service has literally been amazing for the last 2 years.

Wow you utilities are a lot for a place that small. I a little less then that for about 600sq ft.

I would say monthly $50-60 for electricity in the winter and approx. $20 for gas.
