Hudson Park & Beach in New Rochelle....is it free to walk in and use the park but not the beach in the summer? Someone I know is looking at an apartment nearby and wondering if they will have free access.

Wrong sub forum. Per Westchester county, it is not free admission even for residents of the county. New Rochelle, NY
