Hi to all of you and congrats to those that moved in already!!! I would like to now the statics of 3160 Park Ave and what is going on! Is it a great building to move in. My application is pending, waiting for approval and hopefully 3 bedrooms if there are more available. Currently leaving with lack of space but with no complains about my building, so kind of worry after reading some of your concerns and complaints...specially worrywith those sprinkle system! It seems like a great building to live and all depends if other tenants have respect for the great opportunity to live in a brand new building, CB is such a blessing! I will keep waiting for the best and I would really appreciate if someone send me indoor pics! Thank you!
