I've been applying to NYC Housing Connect for a while now. I'm trying to get a place for my own (Studio or 1 Bedroom). I got very low numbers on two other apartments (1,000's) and three more (10,000's) but this is the first one to contact me. There's no review of any kind on the web about this landlord or area. So my questions are: How is this area? Will it gentrify in the future? Is it worth it?

I am currently waiting for riverdale but people said the place is bad but the amenties are good for the price.
