I really dont get where you're going with this. The impact that I think the thread is focusing on is how this repealing of the cabaret law affects residents of neighborhoods. And I said for the outer boroughs, it really makes no difference. I've been to plenty of parties in the outer boroughs in lounges where there was dancing. Ironically, the law was put into effect to shut down what was going on in Harlem, but now the law really just affects Manhattan south of 96th Street. I remember I used to go to a lounge by my job where they had up "No Dancing" signs, you'll never see that in the outer boroughs.

Yeah people already dance wherever they want so it doesn't matter.
