Alright guys, after all, being waitlisted is not a terribly bad thing. I did some research and found that it is a fancy term letting you know that you will have to wait until they get to your log number.
If the process takes longer than 6 months (180 days) from the time you submitted the documents, most likely you will be asked to submit all the documents all over again. The review process will be done again as well.

I was waitlisted in December. They called me last week and I went to the interview to resubmit paper. Only one apartment is available and theres more people ahead of me. So most likely will be waitlisted again.

Are you talking about Alvista? Because the interview process didn't even start until late January I think.

Same here! I'm in the 120 ami and I think they are going throgh applicants by AMI group.
So after they've sorted out the 60s, they should be moving on to the 120s and up, question is how long will it take for them to finish the 60s!

there are more apts for people with low incomes. kinda sad but that's the reality of these things
