Another update everyone... so, I just called K&R and if they ran your credit/background and no issues there then they send your file to the city for city approval... the building is FINISHED! So, that mean move ins as early as July 1- July 15 or August 1 depending on how long it takes the city to approve the file. Keeping my fingers crossed.

My assumptions based upon the conversation I had earlier. I know many people who have won lotteries as well.. when your file is sent to the city your pretty much in since management approved you already.

Yes, I believe if they ran the credit/background check and you don't hear from them you have nothing to worry about. Only way they should contact you is regarding more paperwork or for lease signing. I believe everyone who already went thru the background/check without any issues should from them by middle of next city or by the end of the week depending on how fast the city moves... maybe sooner if the city response quickly.
