Ethnic enclaves are areas that are culturally distinguished from other areas. For example, Flatbush is an ethnic enclave of West Indians. Washington Heights is an enclave of Dominicans.

Queens of course. In some places, you have more than one ethnic enclave, such as Woodside, where there are Filipinos, Mexicans, and Irish.

Nope...most nabes in Brooklyn are either predominately White, Black, or Hispanic
