The location is excellent
Amenities are great (indoor pool, gym, kids room, theatre ... although they are in addition to the regular HOA fees.
During construction I did ask the workers how many elevators and apparently there are 2....

No, haven't heard anything yet.
I called the housing partnership recently and they said there was an "issue" with the development, and that now they will be calling those in the preference group. I had contacted them earlier this year and they told me they were contacting the preference group then.. so not exactly sure whats going on.
We’ve discussed this building before on a previous thread here. It’s not worth it. You get a small ass apartment with a 2K carrying charge and these are supposed to be “affordable”? I pity the fools
