Spring Creek Nehemiah- homes for sale (houses, buying, closing)

Hello, I am just trying to see if anyone has applied for the houses for sale lottery in Nehemiah
phase 4A.

I have found no real information on anyone that has applied and has been selected. what is the buying process like? down payment? closing process etc?

any information would be appreciated.. Also, has anyone applied and heard anything back yet? how long does it take after the deadline to hear something back? i drive by the development all the time and the houses are pretty much done.

I applied for this lottery. They stopped accepting applications as of April 3rd. I have not heard anything back as yet.
Housing connect lotteries usually draw numbers a month or 2 months after the close of the lottery so I'd give it a few weeks before we hear anything, if we hear anything! Only those applications selected via the lottery will hear something from them, if your application is not picked by the lottery, you won't hear anything.

Hey all,

i stopped by the restoration office and they told me if you did not hear back as yet chances are slim because they already notified people. However, I do not know the validity of this info because i was told it can take months and just because they started a selection processes does not mean those people will get approved and they may reach out to more people.

really? AGUH, where is the office?

I also heard it can take months for them to review all applications.

I just got in touch with the office and the guy on the phone confirmed that they already selected families. With that said, i am sure not everyone they called will qualify, so maybe there is still hope.
