So, in case anyone's interested -- toured the apartments. Construction is still ongoing, but they're finishing up fast. Earliest move in is October 1st. Starting at around $2900 for a studio. Apartments are spacious and beautifully laid out, but they boast about a "beautiful view" and "lots of light" when most of the view is of Avenue D lol. Just fine for NYers, but I'm not sure what the trust fund babies will think of it...

Thanks for the update. At $640 a pop, I’ll gladly stare out at Avenue D until I grow old lol.

"Lots of light" lol probably means the sunrise in the morning will blind you.

Agreed! I’m doing the same now for much more $.

Haven’t heard anything, a bit surprised myself! I’ve read about people following up with management companies to see where they are on the list, does anyone know anything about that?
