...that has a sauna in the basement!
This colonial, located at 110-38 68th Ave., is a must-see home for those who are looking for a large house...Asking price $3,099,000.

Ohhh la la!
I think not.

Ick. If I'm going to pay $3M for a house and commute I would go with Bronxville.

Iiiiccckkkk. The sauna and the floors on the main floor are the only good thing about that house. Money clearly didn't equate to good taste. Curb appeal is terrible.

I don't like it. Also, doesn't sauna+basement = mold?

The build quality in that house looks tacky and lacks aesthetics. Not worth 3m, but I'm sure some Eastern European or asian buyer must think it's beautiful

Sauna = dry heat.

That place is hideous.

The home is architecturally out of step with the community. My guess is it was built for an executive in the "cartage industry," if you get my drift.

What an ugly house. I would love to see the insides of one of those beautiful tudors in FH.

I like the library building/freeway rest stop aesthetic. Classy!

Looks terrible. I don't think these amateur builders have any clue what 3M is supposed to get you
