Because these people are afraid to think for themselves. Some don't have the mental capability to see religion as a farce and then there are those that use religion for their personal gain. And then there are the former criminals, drug addicts, degenerates and other low lives who need religion to stay out of trouble.

This isn't Seagate, right, it's a public beach with lifeguards paid through public funds. Are they going to require the lifeguards to be women on women's days and men on men's days? I don't see how this can be legal. There are Long Island beach clubs that cater to this, but they are private beach clubs.

Freedom of religion or no religion is part of the constitution, but so is the separation of church and state.

Again, only reason that single sex municipal pool still exists is because everyone runs their mouths, but no one has the balls to file a lawsuit against city if denied entry.

That’s ridiculous. If there was some law in place that prohibited Muslims and Jews from using public beaches, then I would be sympathetic, but this is just a minority group expecting special treatment at the tax payer expense. They are free to practice their religion as they please, however, the government cannot cater to their religion in ways that’s interferes with the rights of others. Imagine if there was a black only, or white only beach day twice a year. On a publicly funded beach to boot. The outrage would be through the roof.

So what date in July can I go to pick up some hot Jewish/ Muslim chicks?

And will both denominations get along on these dates?

Would hate for there to be a line across the sand.

Would love to see some sweaty inter-religious love blossom though.

What? Are you nuts? The ACLU will be in court 15 minutes after this gets approved (if it ever did, which it won't.)
