Where do I find out who's on the ballot this November & what they stand for? (York: radio, state)

Where is this information to be found? Is my state senator up for re-election or not? What judges, etc. are running?

And do any publications actually cover local elections? I'd actually like to be able to find out about the incumbents and challengers and what they stand for.

Why is the NYT so worthless on this?

I checked there before I wrote my original post.

Where exactly on it do I enter my address and find precisely which officials -- including judges -- are going to be on my ballot in November?
