Thanks for your feedback. Yes, I am talking to the real people, I went to the office from the posting for Fulton houses at "316 West 118th Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10026" in person for the interview. I will call tomorrow for more clarification on what is two months "move in fee"? Are they trying to charge something by not calling it brokage fee? Because brokage fee is not allowed. I will post update here. If anyone have experience from this location please let me know!
Thank you, mac, but, Christ almighty, has all sanity left the City?
The rent there is dirt cheap as well - even according to income. But does one really want to live alongside NYCHA folks? No offense, but I've been inside some of these buildings and elevators and people usually take either a dump or **** in there.

Growing up I thought 'NYCHA' was a condo corporation. Everyone I knew who lived in these buildings was pretty normal. It wasn't until my 20s that I learned what the true meaning of it was.
Whatever, you haven't seen filth til you've seen a rich kids' dorm on a Saturday morning. Cleanliness does not correspond to socioeconomic status, except to the extent that richer people can afford to pay people to do their cleaning for them.

Nope - I already live next to a "Nycha" folk. He's not that extreme but he is certainly questionable.
In all honesty, not all NYCHA folks are careless, etc., but yes - there is a correlation between poverty and carelessness, fires, obesity and overall laziness. (Not to mention poor upbringing).

Absolutely, there are others in the building that are the complete opposite of the negatives. This guy though is a loser in every sense of the word- accomplished nothing in life except going between a homeless shelter and prison
