My log number was 1,7** . I had a interview and went over the maximum income . Luckily, months later I was caked for 42nd street apts

Awesome log! So they are already contacting people for interviews for 435 west 31st street? If so, they are starting the process much faster then usual. I assume you have the community board (CB) preference? Since you've been contacted this early

I don't think they've started interviews yet. The building is not done yet. It says online that the first tenants will move in during the first quarter/spring of this year. It probably will take longer just like every other lottery.

I walked by the building today, it looks complete. The lobby area is fully furnished and isn't even blocked by a construction baracade. Seems like tenants will be moving in within the next few months.....I wonder when they are going to start contacting people for interviews

The first temporary certificate of occupancy has been posted. It mentions only very few units up to the tenth floor though. They are trying to stay on schedule, which is great.
