I know. I'm a young single woman, living byself myself, working for the city. I don't make $75,000...... do you think the price will hold steady for the next 3 years. lol
If you are a single woman, why are you looking at the 2 bedroom,
For the 1 bedroom is 65k
for the 2 bedroom is 75k
5 One Bedroom units are affordable to households earning up to 175% of the Area Median Income, adjusted for Household Size. The minimum annual household income for eligible purchasers for these units is estimated to be $65,000.00 assuming a 5% down payment with a maximum eligible annual household income of $107,450.00. There is a 2 person maximum occupancy allowance for the one bedroom units.

It would be a pretty tight squeeze for someone making 65k a year to afford the 275k (expected, it may be higher) one-bedroom. With 10% down and $200 a month in maintenance (average for a new condo), that's around $1800 a month.
My husband and I make more and couldn't swing that per month. But then again, we have lovely student loans to pay.
