You can get a cheap or good dentist. Not both.

This is NOT a personal recommendation since I've never been to this place, but I had saved a recommendation from someone I'm in a networking group with a few years ago. He's in Flushing.

I actually had a cheap and good dentist recently, but since they're always booked it's hard to get an appointment that isn't weeks away, so I'm looking for a new place.

I know you mentioned Queens, but you could have some students practice on you.

I've heard some horror stories about NYU. Seems half of the people that go end up fine and then the other half have to get everything redone elsewhere due to incompetence.

It's all that plus now it's a lot more expensive so avoid. Columbia has a much better school of dentistry if you want to go that route

Most of the american chinese medical/dental offices throughout NYC offer fair and affordable services for self pay patients. and I know quite a few of them in the business and recommend people with no insurance check them out.

There are several new medical office buildings opened recently in downtown flushing so not all of them practice in basements.... the skyview wellness center in downtown flushing has top of the line practice environment and there are several dental offices there. my dentist is an nyu attending and has an office there too.
