Greenwood Cemetry was the site of a battle that had a massive loss of life, the bodies were numerous that were buried there. Grand Army Plaza is a memorial to the soldiers that lost their lives in that war.So to answer your question, if you are sensitive to negative energies there was plenty of history in the area to support it.

Who can tell? I have a friend who swears her apartment had ghosts, and she lived in the first building on Ocean Parkway, which fronts on Park Circle. That's pretty close to Park Slope.

Any place where a lot of people died like in a war or something like that tends to have some energy still floating around if you catch my drift. It's hard to describe this scientifically.
