I like Rockaway beach. It takes a good while to get there, but the A stops right outside my door. It’s a big beach so doesn’t feel crowded. I like that the new boardwalk has places to grab a beer or food. They even have little iced coffee stand on the beach itself that take credit cards.

how's the homeless situation there ? got any hotels over there? the homeless should go live there
then. Do you have a lot of THUGS ruining the lay of the land with their burglaries, assaults,
murders, vicious attacks/punching people in the face for $2.00, packing illegal guns, pistol whipping
people and/or shooting them, robbing & assaulting the elderly and just plain-ole THUG lawlessness?
got any NYCHA buildings? if not - they should build a few....
They also do some cool little surfing classes out there. Looks fun.
