I'm going to check this out. It's by me. I've got nothing else to do & I'm intrigued.

It's hard to miss the big LED screen inside Nordstrom at Columbus Circle, featuring a video by artist Dianne Smith.

It pays tribute to Black women, both famous and unsung, who shape and redefine what it means to be stylish.

What You Need To Know

The Nordstrom Columbus Circle flagship store is hosting an art exhibition called "Styling: Black Expression, Rebellion and Joy through Fashion"

The exhibition can be found all around the retailer's NYC location, which opened last October

The exhibition is on display through October 29

It is a collaboration between Nordstrom and Long Gallery Harlem, curated by Souleo

Is this the same company that covered its flagship store with plywood, barbed wire and a bunch of big mean looking security guards (probably armed - ew! guns!) with attack dogs? Yawn, more virtue signaling from the leftists.

They did all that but in the company statement they said buildings were damaged by “gatherings”. If they want to be progressive maybe they should not press charges on anyone that steals from their stores going forward. That would be much nicer of them.

Have any of these companies financially benefited from what they are doing? Seems like they all lose money.

I'm unfortunately unqualified to answer that. This question would be better suited for the child slaves they use to make their products.
