Yep. This is what you New Yorkers voted for! You voted for your own financial demise out of your hatred for Trump brought on by the media.

Biden's COVID-19 advisor says U.S. should go into national lockdown:

THIS IS RETARDED.

I just lost 22 pounds these past 3 months killing it in the gym and being very disciplined 4 to 6 days a week with my diet. I got the hell out of the obesity category and into the overweight category.

It has been a dream to go to the gym at 3am in the morning. I'm the only one there and i time it so that by the time i drive back home in a couple of hours, I'll have a nice street parking spot waiting for me only a block or 2 away from my house.

NOW CUOMO is ruining everything. I'm not even a morning person. I don't want to to mingle with the morning crowd and deal with the horrendous traffic. I don't want to go to the gym at 8 or 9 am. That's when most people are up anyways. Why make the gym even more crowded than need be?

I had a system in place, for the first time in 8 years, Covid actually pushed me to stop being a fatso and to further my Fitness goals

and now CUOMO IS GOING TO DESTROY EVERYTHING. HE MUST BE STOPPED !!!!!!!!!

I get you but you don't need the gym to lose weight.
Just cut out the sugar (anything made with white flour) out of your diet.

It will be more challenging but you can maintain without the gym. Park to run/bike on mild days. Basic bodyweight workouts, diet can be the same. The gym provides more options but there is always a way.

I worked out at home using a 40lb bag of cat litter at one point. I went Rocky 4 also and used a mid size log in the park. For some reason a large man came up to me and said "I must break you." Not sure what that was about.

You must be young
Thats a quote from Rocky
Ivan Drago said it
But the reason why the guy said it to you is because before Rocky fought Drago in Russia (below), Rocky was training in the forest by carrying heavy logs through snow.

lol. What the heck? That's why I don't like to exercise in public.

Anyway, I've learned to adapt and although initially it was an adjustment (I miss the machines and I still plan on purchasing a treadmill once it's out of back order) I've learned to see the pros of exercising at home. And now, I kind of enjoy it! Making lemonade out of lemons.

You can still maintain a healthy weight through proper nutrition and exercise if you put your mind to it and get creative.

I agree!!!!

This COVID is a part of a massive human death wish by the "elites" as well for somethings else IMO.

"IF" Biden then Harris becomes POTUS, it won't be because of my vote.

Did you notice how the article states that people will be paid yet not have to go to work? It's almost as if they're testing to see how we would respond under socialism.
