Which is rather odd since Adams and other POC were the ones originally behind the measure. Now they're worried the usual suspects won't be able to grasp how things work in time for elections next year.

Some people are never happy, nor get tired of being mollycoddled. It's always "we need special rules just for us because.....".

The irony is the voters voted in support of the measure--it was a ballot initiative. So now that the people have voted their preference, the politicians are suing to prevent it?
