It's land speculation so they can redevelop it.



They want to do what they did to Brooklyn and gentrify it. I don't think that is a bad thing at all. But I do have a problem with the land speculation. It is criminal.

And where are they supposed to move all of the Meth heads from that area?

Someone else thought that too , I think they closed it just for renovation. I seen it back open , well Atleast from what I seen recent Months ago . That’s the only McDonald’s in that area too , there’s one on 125th and st nicholas but that’s more crowded and I’m sure everyone who lives close by Broadway went there
