Indoor dining in New York City will expand from 50% to 75% capacity on May 7.

Salons and barber shops will also be permitted to expand to 75% capacity on that date.

Cuomo also announced gyms and fitness centers will expand to 50% capacity beginning May 15.

How long will it take until museums, zoos, aquariums, and observation decks like the Empire State Building and Top of the Rock across New York State, including New York City have their capacity increased from 50 percent to 75 percent, considering that restaurants will be allowed 75 percent capacity starting May 7. Museums also had their capacity increased to 50 percent.

Great progress.

I think things will be completely back to "pre-COVID" in NYC by July.

Exciting to see and people are oh so ready.

It essentially will be. It would be nearly impossible to tell by eyeball if it's 75 or 100%. So restaurants will likely go all they way.

It really depends on the extend to which vaccine rollout continues. If we have too many red-hatted anti-vaxxers, we could slip back to doomsday.
