On June 18, a vaccination site was opened at the Empire State Building on the 80th floor and operates on Friday though Sunday until the Fourth of July Weekend. Those who comes there to be vaccinated have free access to the 86th floor observation deck to enjoy the views. Very great way to encourage people to get vaccinated.

At this point access to the vaccine and offers of various perks for getting the vaccine are pointless, IMO. Access is all over the place, everyone has offered as much as they can to take it. People who are still hesitant can't be convinced at any helpful rate. Maybe we'll convince 5 out of 100 people over a month or whatever the timeframe is, but the convincing hundreds or thousands is simply not going to happen.

Since the Pfizer vaccine got full approval, more people who want a vaccine, but were skeptical have likely been convinced.

Nice. The ESB is pretty expensive, as I recall.

Plus you get to always say you got your vaccination at the ESB.

Might be a big perk for the vaccine tourists.
