After the FBI invaded the SBNY offices and Ed Mullins home he has resigned. Good, he's always been a racist POS and I'm certain, given the circumstances, that they have a ton of evidence already. Even the letter from the union was very measured and I read that the county he lives in was not warned about his raid, which is customary.

Most likely taking bribes to steer retirement fund money or financial theft or some sort. You have people who couldn't run a corner store running $250MM+ investment accounts and this goes for all public pension funds. Yes, the money itself is run by professionals but ultimately who those professionals are is dictated by clowns like this guy.
This seems very plausible, since it would look very politically motivated otherwise.
The fact that he quietly resigned means that it is something real.
