Been getting prix fixe quotes $125 plus. Looking to keep it to $100.
Now I did see Eataly has a rooftop place, inexpensive, decorated, but appears to be small menu. Last time there, Eataly, I did not find food that good.

Best bet is probably contact several rooftop bars. Many will be booked into the holidays so call early. Expect to put up a deposit in case you no show. I used to work in restaurants and no show parties - especially corporate ones - occurred often enough to make managers institute that because it results in lost business/wages for staff and ownership.
