Something like this harkens back to the "Fun City" days of the 70's and 80's. The only reason this ended up in the paper is because it is happening near Park Avenue (Manhattan). If it were somewhere near Park Avenue (Brooklyn), the news wouldn't care.

Good luck getting them out.

Here's another report about the story: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...stitution.html

I feel for the residents victimized by this nonsense, especially the guy who was out of town only to see security footage of random people breaking into his apartment in order to pursue their "activities."

Patricia Taub was the Brazilian who rented it at first and then brought in Jurman as a subtenant. It would be great to see pictures of this Ashley Jurman and discover the connections s/he has to Kenyatti Adams.

Was Jurman the front person who got the apartment for their joint activities? It's plausible, just as it's plausible that Adams strong-armed his way in. Adams didn't have the access to get into a Murray Hill townhouse like that, but once Jurman got in, he was there.

As for that developer, for that neighborhood in that part of Manhattan, there was no reason to rent it out as a triplex. A townhouse like that, it would have been better to sell it as a single family mansion.

The new owner bought it as an investment property. Turns out he is learning the hard way that even high end real estate is not immune from landlord tenant court.
