That wouldn’t happen because if it got to anywhere close to that bad, people would then give up driving and head back to the subways.

Real life has a way of balancing itself out. Sadly, the Democrats don’t understand that and their first impulse is to always use government to interfere and regulate everything to death.

As I mentioned in another thread this actually needs to happen in order for politicians to take this seriously and actually clean up the streets.
