Might signal the beginning of the reversal. The scumbag politicians must smell the distaste of a large enough group of NYC residents and see where the wind is about to blow. Might be easy to buy the votes of the welfare class but they're not the ones paying hundreds of thousands in real estate premiums to send their kids to decent schools.
