I remember a joke, of sorts, from MANY years ago, whenever the shoplifting issues were discussed. It went something like this: What do you call a shoplifter in a middle eastern country? Lefty.

It's obvious they care not at all what happens to their constituents to the point if you die at the hands of a criminal, they'll pat them on the back. Wake up..

Ask yourself why the pols identify with criminals.

But the "general public" isn't EVERYONE!!

Look at the recent Governor's election. Yeah, the Democrat, Kathy Hochul won, HOWEVER, it wasn't the blowout that the Dems anticipated. The Republican, Lee Zeldin, DID get over 2 million votes, so there were at least 2 million NYers that weren't for the "status quo".
