Very long story short shareholder in a Brooklyn co-op seems to have gone above and beyond in making a nuisance of herself regarding claims of disability. Board has tried their level best to meet her halfway but shareholder keeps raising the bar. Finally board has said "enough" and is planning to auction off her shares and evict.
Excerpt: “Your behavior is harassment and your conduct is objectionable,” the co-op’s lawyer, Theresa Racht, wrote to her. “You are . . . failing to live cooperatively with your neighbors.”
If I had her medical condition I would not be living in the city.
Co-Op is only looking out for the safety of the entirety.
She’s allergic to every airborne pollutant under the sun but the dander from her cats doesn’t bother her?? Another entitled nightmare woman…and single, what a catch.
this whole thing is BS.
she seems to have a problems with every scent on earth, except her cats like everyone has mentioned. i wonder iof the co-op has brought that up to her lawyers attention?
she sounds like a nut case, and nothing but a headache for the co-op.
where could she possibly think she could live without some scent of something.
this is brooklyn living, and it is Ocean parkway, I believe, which is a major throughfare with constant traffic all day and night.....
hello??? car exhaust,,, does she go out.
I'd evict her also.
a disability of laundry smells?????, is she on crack or something????
this whole thing is insane, and the co-op is right, if she gets a washer, everyone will want one, and how would they not.....

Leave the cats alone, they want nothing to do with this!
The cats are like, "Finally, someone sees what we've had to put up with!"
