How do you make people care? Make sure the shooter is white and /or a cop

Blacks and Caribbean Hispanics ( primary inhabitants of the south Bronx) generally don't care about their own neighborhoods unlike Asians and Whites.
This is why their people will have a no snitching culture and yet another candle vigil. Maybe put up a mural of the dead victim on a wall. Yet nothing will change.
So what their ghetto elements ( note I didn't say all of them) will do is invade other racial groups neighborhoods like Chinatown to murder and assault innocent people.
There used to be brave Black leaders who tried to fix this problem like Malcolm X. He instilled discipline, order, and morals among his followers. But his own people shot him to death. ( No, not the white man. But other Blacks jealous of his success).
Keep that savage behavior in East New York, the Bronx, or anywhere north of 96th street Manhattan where it belongs.

If you have a problem blame the FBI and CIA who did and will continue to ensure that Blacks in the USA cannot self govern. They will ensure all Black leaders are eliminated and their organizations destroyed either from within or by "accident" , of course with the best interests of the declining White population at heart

I have told people in my community when you give birth to a child in the ghetto you condemn that child to an early grave. Unfortunately Liberal White politicians have managed to convince them otherwise.
