I like this one because it's the closest to actually having some personality of the area.

The rest are good from a technical sense but pretty boring.

I've been to Mobile a couple times. I really don't understand your question though. I don't know if you've ever been to NYC before or not. If you are asking if anyone living here thinks any of them buildings look cool, ya they do. Almost every city or town, has something to offer in terms of cool looking buildings. Even if it's just an 'old post office' or something. But Mobile is just a town, and it's skyline reflects that. Not throwing a jab at you or Mobile either. But a native NY'er would probably not be impressed all that much ( or even alot of other people from major cities).

I'm from the south. Mobile and Alabama as a whole pretty much sucks.

Nice pics.

I ,too, like the pics that show the city, since it's cool to see that the taller buildings emerge from a more traditional city. It's akin to the feeling one gets in the Village or SoHo in NYC and then goes into the Financial District or Midtown with the taller structures, albeit on a smaller scale in Mobile.

That's a nice image. Reminds me of a somewhat similar view from Brooklyn Heights. (This is about the most you can expect from New Yorkers: comparisons to places within the city we happen to know!)
