What do people think of these? I've been checking out ads for big complexes in Prospect Heights and Ebbets Field. They actually have studios for $1000 at the former and one bedrooms for that price at the latter. The commutes to the city seem reasonable. (I'm leaning more toward Prospect Heights.)

Thanks and Happy New Year!

Not really a complex but the OP may be referring to the Jewish Hospital in Prospect Heights. It's in a pretty good neighborhood and is fairly large.

Patio Gardens is not in Prospect Heights, it's in Lefferts Gardens across the park: Inside Patio Gardens
