I really need help figuring out the best way to find a good renter for a great sized private room that can hold a bedroom set and other furniture in the Midwood/Flatbush area in Brooklyn. I listed it on craigslist, webspider and keep receiving spams and scams no real prospects. I listed it on the brooklyn college housing site and no response. I would like to rent this space out soon. I have it listed at $600 a month which includes evrything including internet, telephone, cable, and utilities. Ideally I thought a student, or a single professional would be a good prospect...help people ..help ...what am I missing? I even created a myspace page for it...
