Looking to move family, myself wife and (3 young children school age) (New York: home, neighborhood)

I currently live in Brooklyn. My wife and I are in the process of selling our home and moving to beautiful Warwick New York in Orange County. I would love any and all information regarding Warwick. I work for the State in the Court system in the Bronx. I have many questions, some of which are...1- When house-hunting I always notice the property tax, can anyone tell me if there is a seperate school tax as well ? 2- Are there any areas that I should be cautious about, in regards to flooding ? 3- Radon ?.....I would appreciate any and all help, especially from residents and natives of Warwick. I have been a Brooklyn boy my entire life and the time to leave has arrived, My wife and I have had our hearts and mind on Warwick for a few years now..We especially love the community and neighborhood feel, We have visited your beautiful world for Applefest and apple-picking season and we have eaten lunch in the town on a few occasions and we are simply in love with Warwick...We would love to make Warwick our home, especially for our children's sake....Thanking you in advance...drinkwater
